Ashley Kagasoff has dedicated over 15 years of practice on providing advocacy with an emphasis on providing personalized legal services with results driven representation. Ashley’s practice includes criminal defense, professional licensing defense, personal injury, employment, and family law. With her experience in several areas of law, Ashley is able to provide her clients with comprehensive legal solutions for individualized needs.

 

Ashley’s experience on both sides of the law working as a law clerk for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and the Orange County Public Defender’s office along with her fifteen years of private defense practice enables her to have a greater perspective on how to effectively defend a criminal matter. Ashley has experience representing clients in state, federal court, and Administrative Law Courts in professional licensing matters with the Medical Board of California, the Nursing Board of California, the Board of Real Estate, the Dental Board of California, the Contractor’s State  Licensing Board, the State Bar of California, and the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Ashley’s background has helped her achieve dismissals of domestic violence restraining orders after hearing for her clients and has enhanced her ability to resolve high conflict family law disputes to resolution.

 

Ashley’s practice also includes representation of clients in employment and personal injury matters involving accidents, premises liability, and dog bites. Ashley has fought for millions in settlements for her clients and is personally committed to her client’s success and protecting their interests. Ashley is a skilled negotiator, who has been successful in resolving disputes without costly and time-consuming litigation.

 

Ashley received her undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles in 2003 and her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law in 2007. Ashley is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is admitted to practice in the Eastern, Central, and Southern District Courts of the State of California.
